About

I'm a full-stack software engineer passionate about building user-centered digital products. I work across the stack—from crafting thoughtful, intuitive interfaces to architecting scalable, maintainable backend systems. My core stack includes Python and JavaScript, with a focus on Django REST, FastAPI, and React.
I have a background in Electrical Engineering, where I first learned to code at the low level—programming microcontrollers and embedded systems. My first tech job was actually a part-time role (a brief and telling experience, to say the least) at an agri-tech startup, where I helped develop IoT controllers for rice research while still in university.
I bring a product-first approach, balancing technical depth with a strong emphasis on user experience. My interests include developer experience, internal tooling, and bridging the gap between engineering and design.
Outside of work, I enjoy photography and design, studying the Japanese language, staying active through gym workouts, running, or cycling on Zwift, relaxing with a good book or anime—and spending time with my three cats: Yuzu, Tres, and Xiaoyu.
